With this helmet hearing protection, you get level-dependent microphones that provide perfect directional hearing, as well as an electronic protection system that limits all sounds to a safe sound level of 82 dB through the speakers.

The headband padding and ear cushions of this helmet hearing protector are easily replaceable, which encourages regular replacement and provides a long life and high performance for the product. The level-dependent microphones ensure a natural sound quality, while the soft pads with the smart "snap-in" system make it easy to replace the pads.

You also get 2 pcs. 1.5 V AA batteries included with this helmet earmuff, giving you up to 1,000 hours of use. In addition, there is a 3.5 mm input for external audio sources if you want to connect your helmet hearing protection to, for example, a telephone or an MP3 player.

The attenuation value for this helmet hearing protector is SNR 29 dB, which is an average of the attenuation in dB. It has an attenuation value of 33 dB for high-frequency sounds like the squeal, 26 dB for medium-frequency sounds and 19 dB for low-frequency sounds like the hum.

To ensure optimal noise reduction and to maintain a high level of hygiene, it is recommended to replace the sealing rings (hygiene set) on the ear cups twice a year. This also ensures that the helmet hearing protection works as intended.

It is important to choose the right helmet hearing protection, and it is recommended that the ear is not exposed to a noise level of more than 75-80 dB. You can calculate yourself whether the helmet hearing protection is sufficient using a simple calculation. You need to know the dB level you are in and then factor in the SNR value of the helmet hearing protection.

Hellberg Secure Active helmet hearing protection 47102-001 SNR 29 dB is the most optimal solution for a noise level of 104 dB and can reduce the noise to an acceptable level. With this helmet hearing protector, you are guaranteed good protection for your ears and at the same time the opportunity to communicate and pick up important sounds.

Level-dependent microphones that provide natural sound quality.

Soft cushions with smart "snap-in" system for easy replacement.

2 pcs. 1.5 V AA batteries for up to 1,000 hours of use are included.

3.5 mm input for external audio sources.

The attenuation value:

The SNR value: 29 dB, which is an average of the attenuation in dB.
- The damping value for high-frequency sounds, e.g. the squeal, is 33 dB.
- The attenuation value for medium-frequency sounds is 26 dB.
- The attenuation value for low-frequency sounds, such as hum, is 19 dB.

Maintenance:

A hygiene kit is available for the hearing protection.
